  • How do I place an order?
    To place a regular order of cupcakes for a birthday, anniversary, or just to treat yourself go to the 'Pre-Order' menu and add all the cupcakes you want to your cart. once your happy with your selections check out and chose a day that works best for you for pick up or delivery. To place an order for a wedding or catering event go to the events tab and click either wedding or catering. For weddings first book a tasting then a consolation on days that work best for you. But once that is finished for both weddings and catering events book the day of your event with the cupcakes you want selected from the PRE-ORDER menu.
  • How much time in advance do I need to place my order?
    As of right now I am only taking Pre-orders for pick up and Delivery through Dec 20th - Jan 12th & May 15th - Aug 15th. But don't wait to order because this month all orders will receive a 15% discount!!
  • Is there a minimum number of cupcakes I have to order?
    There are no minimum nor maximum number of cupcakes you can order!!!
  • Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?
    While I am only taking preorders right now for pick up a delivery through Dec 20th - Jan 15th & May 15th- Aug 15th you do not need to pre order to receive cupcakes in those windows. However, do not wait to order because all orders places this month will receive a 15% discount!!
  • Do I need to prepay?
    Preorders are done through the website and are billed once the order is placed. For catered orders, we require half of the payment once the date is booked.
  • Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?
    While I do not offer discounts for large orders, right now all orders will receive a 15% discount this month!!
  • Where are you located?
    I am located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. I do local markets and events but usually I work through my website!
  • Do you have a store front?
    I do not! I mainly work through my website!!
  • How old are you?
    I just turned 18, and am now a freshman at Kent State University!
  • Do you do birthdays, graduations, and weddings?"
    Yes! I have experience in all sorts of events including: weddings, birthdays graduation, baby showers and corporate events.
  • Do you offer gluten-free cupcakes?
    Yes! We do offer gluten-free cupcakes but we value our customers safety. All of our gluten-free cupcakes are made with gluten-free ingredients, and all of our equipment is properly washed and sanitized. However, we bake all of our cupcakes in the same facility using the same equipment.
  • Do you offer peanut/tree nut-free cupcakes?
    Yes! All of our cupcakes are made with peanut and tree nut-free ingredients, and all of our equipment is properly washed and sanitized. However, we bake all of our cupcakes in a facility that has peanuts and tree nuts.
  • How do I store my cupcakes?
    You can store cupcakes in the freezer up to 2 weeks.
  • Do you make cakes?
    Absolutely!!! What did you have in mind?
  • What size cupcakes do you make?
    I make mini and standard cupcakes, and mini and tiered cakes!
  • Do you deliver and do you accommodate same-day delivery?
    Yes! We deliver cupcakes locally for a fee of $1 per mile. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate same day delivery right now.
  • Do you ship your cupcakes nationwide?
    Not at this time.
  • Can I phone or email for pickup or delivery?
    Yes you can! For special orders you can email me at cupcakesbyjordanjames@gmail.com for pick up or delivery.
